Tiffiny and I decided to have a double surprise party on Ralf's birthday for both Ralf and Dustin. We decided on a poker theme and told our men to dress nicely when they came over- neither one expecting anything but dinner.
Dustin and I
Our awesome friends Tiff and Ralf and their new baby girl Corinna
Tiff made cookies that looked like poker chips and cut out poker symbols from foam sheets and we painted thin wooden disks to look like poker chips as well- you can see on the wall.
and we made dice out of foam sheets and made sure all the food was red and black- Hot Tamales candy, fire fries, blue corn chips, pepperoni pizzas on pumpernikel bread, little smokies in red sauce, strawberries, olives and cherry tomatoes.
Happy Birthday guys!
It took a second for the picture to be taken, and they both said afterwards that their hands touched for way too many seconds...then grunted.
